  • DDA will maintain ownership and management of the ground floor commercial space.

Housing Catalyst  will form a tax credit partnership to develop, own, and manage the housing. The residential component will include 78 apartments on levels 3-6. Parking will be on the 2nd level. 80% of the apartments will be studios and 1-bedrooms. The rest are 2-bedrooms.  The desire is to target people working in and around downtown. The overall income average will be 60% AMI with the following mix:
