Housing Catalyst is currently planning the renovation of all buildings and apartments at the Village on Bryan. The planning process involves site visits, conducting required tests, and gathering unit information. Staff will meet with all residents individually to gather feedback and answer questions regarding the renovation.

A virtual meeting for residents is scheduled for November 30, 3-5 p.m.

Our anticipated start date for renovation activities is late spring 2022.

Will I have to move?
We do not know moving details at this time. We anticipate residents will make temporary moves to ensure safety as we complete the renovation.

Who will pack my boxes and move my stuff?
Housing Catalyst is working with Revival Development to make any temporary moves as easy as possible. We will meet with each household one-on-one to create a plan that meets your needs.

Where will I move?
We do not have this information yet, but any moves will accommodate your needs (including pets).

How long will I be in my temporary apartment?
This is unknown. Our goal is to keep any temporary relocations as brief as possible.

Who pays for moving expenses?
Housing Catalyst will pay for all costs associated with temporary moves.

Will there be new rent?
No rent changes are planned as a part of the renovation project.
