Wellington Housing Authority
The Wellington Housing Authority was established by the Town of Wellington in 1965 to provide affordable homes and rental assistance for eligible individuals and families with low incomes. The housing authority is overseen by a Board of Commissioners appointed by the Wellington Board of Trustees and managed by Housing Catalyst per an intergovernmental agreement. In 2021, the Wellington Housing Authority completed a Section 18 disposition of its public housing properties which are now owned by Wellington Community Housing.
