The Property Manager is responsible for managing overall optimal property management, day-to-day property resident relations, and ensuring housing program compliance. Participation in projects, financials, compliance, maintenance, and marketing is ongoing. Broad responsibilities include inspiring trust, honest and positive communication, service to others, and accountability. Important in this role is to have a solid understanding of Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC), HUD, Yardi, accounts payable & accounts receivable, balance sheet and profit/loss income statement knowledge.
