Housing Catalyst offers several ways to make living in Northern Colorado more affordable for those earning below the area median income.
Affordable Rental Communities
Our apartment communities offer comfort and style at a price you can afford. With one- to four-bedroom apartments, townhomes, duplexes, and some single-family homes, you’ll find a floor plan that’s right for you. Our communities offer a wide range of amenities and superior customer service. You’ll find homes located in prime areas throughout Fort Collins, within walking distance of many community resources and with easy access to public transportation.
Rental Assistance Programs
Housing Catalyst administers voucher assistance to more than 1,500 families each year. Housing assistance programs include Housing Choice Vouchers, Project-Based Vouchers, and Emergency Housing Vouchers, as well as vouchers targeting veterans, individuals with disabilities, and foster youth.
Permanent Supportive Housing
Housing Catalyst operates two Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) communities in Fort Collins – Redtail Ponds and Mason Place. PSH is an innovative program that combines affordable housing with supportive services to offer a safe and stabilizing home for residents. PSH targets people who have experienced homelessness, have one or more disabilities, and experience multiple barriers to housing. PSH residents are referred to Housing Catalyst by our community partners.
