As a progressive developer of affordable housing in Northern Colorado, Housing Catalyst is currently working on several development and renovation projects in Fort Collins. These development projects will transform and revitalize neighborhoods, knowing that our investment in people and places will be a catalyst for stronger communities.
Made possible through a partnership between Housing Catalyst and the Fort Collins Downtown Development Authority (DDA), Oak 140 will be the first Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) project providing homes for people who work in downtown Fort Collins.
