Housing Catalyst is developing Village on Eastbrook, a new intergenerational affordable housing community in Southeast Fort Collins. This thoughtfully designed project includes the new construction of a 73-unit, three-story building featuring a mix of 44 one-bedroom and 29 two-bedroom apartments. The community will provide homes with affordable rents ranging from 30% to 80% AMI (averaging 57.5%) and feature a fitness room, interior bike storage, and an outdoor courtyard with a pet area, children’s play area, and BBQ/picnic space.

The project aligns with Housing Catalyst’s goals to expand access to affordable homes, as well as the affordable housing goals set by the City of Fort Collins. As an all-electric building with a 333kW solar array designed to offset 70% of energy consumption, the development emphasizes sustainability through Enterprise Green Communities and ENERGY STAR certifications. Additionally, 100% of the apartments will be certified under the Lifelong Homes Initiative pilot to ensure the environment supports residents of all ages and abilities, including seniors and people with disabilities.
