In 2021, Housing Catalyst was approved to convert Wellington public housing assistance to project-based voucher assistance through a program called Section 18 Disposition. As a result, the Wellington Public Housing program has been replaced with a project-based voucher assistance program. These project-based vouchers are located in properties managed by Housing Catalyst. Housing Catalyst would like to offer those currently on the Wellington Public Housing waitlist an opportunity to be placed on a Wellington project-based voucher waitlist with their original date and time of application.
If you are currently on the Wellington Public Housing waitlist and would like to have your name placed on the project-based voucher waitlist, please complete the Waitlist Update Form and return it to Housing Catalyst no later than Friday, April 22, 2022 by 4:30 p.m.

If you do not respond by the date above, you will forfeit the opportunity to place your name on this project-based voucher waitlist. The elimination of the Wellington Public Housing waitlist will not affect your status on any other waitlist for which you may have applied or any waitlist you may apply for in the future.
