Our Commitment to Our Community

We are here for you – our community of residents, clients, partners and team members. For the health and safety of all, we have adjusted our operations.

CLOSED to the Public

Our offices are closed to public entry, but staff is still working behind the scenes to provide services. We ask you to contact us via phone or email. All paperwork can be mailed, emailed or placed in drop boxes at our offices. Email [email protected] or call 970-416-2910 to request a stamped envelope for return of current outstanding paperwork if needed.

Maintenance

We are currently placing the highest priority on emergency needs, such as water leaks, plugged drains, loss of heating or hot water, or being locked out of your home. Routine maintenance may be delayed as our teams focus on sanitizing public areas.

Community Rooms

All community and fitness rooms are closed until further notice. Exceptions are laundry rooms. This will help reduce the spread of the virus and allow staff to focus on cleaning and sanitizing spaces.

Visitors & Events

We kindly ask that each resident please limit outside visitors to essential visits only. This is for your health and the health of our community. Until further notice, Housing Catalyst is cancelling all community events at its properties.

Housing Choice Voucher

Housing Specialists will be working staggered shifts. In-person appointments will not be held until this emergency has passed. Your specialist will determine if exceptions need to be made. Please call or email your specialist about any updates to your household composition or income.

Recertifications & Inspections

Housing Choice Voucher program participants who are recertifying will receive a self-addressed stamped return envelope to mail in their documents. We will be flexible for participants who may experience delays in responding due to COVID-19.

Inspections will only be conducted for move-ins. All annual inspections will be rescheduled.

Partners and Suppliers

Most non-essential work has ceased. Please call or email our teams with questions. If essential, in-person work is required, we must confirm the health of anyone that will be onsite. This is non-negotiable to protect our valued clients and team members.

Resident Assistance

Please contact your Property Manager if you are experiencing issues we should know about as a result of this pandemic. We will work with you to help you make it through this trying time.
