Housing Catalyst apartments have income restrictions that must be met in order to submit an application. Contact our property management team for details.

Minimum Income

Gross household monthly income must be at least two times the monthly rent.

Maximum Income

Income limits range from 30%-80% of Area Median Income (AMI) depending on the community and rental home. Income limits are calculated by household size.

Income Limits

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) determines income limits for affordable housing based on the Area Median Income (AMI) for Larimer County.
