Housing Catalyst celebrates grand opening of Oak 140

On February 23, 2023, Housing Catalyst celebrated the grand opening of Oak 140. Developed in partnership with the Downtown Development Authority, the beautiful new mixed-use building in downtown Fort Collins is home to 79 apartments with affordable rents.

At the ceremony, remarks were given by Housing Catalyst CEO Julie Brewen, Housing Catalyst Chief Real Estate Office Kristin Fritz, Housing Catalyst Board of Commissioners Chair Jennifer Wagner, Downtown Development Authority Board of Directors Chair David Lingle, CHFA Housing Tax Credit Manager Kathryn Grosscup, Fort Collins City Councilmember Susan Gutowsky, and Larimer County Commissioner John Kefalas.

Several partners were also recognized for their contributions to the project, including the Downtown Development Authority, Colorado Housing & Finance Authority, the City of Fort Collins, Sugar Creek Capital, RBC Capital Markets, Shopworks Architecture, and Calcon Constructors.
