Housing Catalyst reserves the right to modify this schedule at its discretion. Proper notification of changes in the response due date will be made to all interested parties electronically through Housing Catalyst’s RFP posting.

Proposals must be received no later than 4:00 p.m. MDT on December 19, 2025. Late bids will not be accepted.
