Minimum Age: At least one applicant must be 18 years of age or older to enter into a lease agreement.
Minimum Income: A combined gross monthly income of at least 2.5 times the monthly rent amount is required.
Maximum Income: Qualifying for the Villages affordable rental housing is based on your household’s income. Maximum income varies based on your household size and the income limit set per rental.
